Mr Brown

What we did

Mr Brown contacted M&A to fully re-wire his home. he chose us because he knew that we could take on the full project not just the re-wire. His friend had had a re-wire recently and he knew how mess the job was going to be. Our in house team got to work. One of the first jobs were to move furniture where necessary and fully protect Mr Browns belongings that couldnt be removed for the job. We then started to run the cables in the floors and walls this involved chasing channels out of the walls and lifting floor boards to gain access to the floor. After all the cabling work was done our in house joiners, plasterers and decorators began work to get the house back to its original state. We then fitted the new electrical power points and light fittings and a brand new RCD consumer unit. All the work was tested and mr Brown was handed his full NICEIC certificate.

Kitchen Installation Audenshaw

What we did

The team removed the old kitchen. Work then began to start moving the necessary electrics and plumbing into place to suit the new kitchen layout. On the 2nd day the plasterers were on site plastering the whole kitchen. The next step was to start fitting the kitchen, followed by the floor tiles and lastly the wall tiles. in total this project took ten days to complete, this was inclusive of all trades finished including tiling the floor and walls. This property had an old electricity board in need of updating. Our in house electrical team began to work on his straight away to ensure there was no delay in the Installation process. Unlike most Kitchen fitting teams we have electricians on board to ensure we do not get into a situation where we have to withdraw and wait for them.

Mollies Boutique

What we did

We met with Molly and discussed what she envisaged with her shop, she was on a tight budget so we helped with the design aspect and layout and worked with her on what she wanted in the shop which would best compliment her budget. We drew up some plans based on her ideas and presented them to her for discussion/feedback. Once she was happy with what we offered we were good to start. Firstly we ripped the old shop out right down to its shell and installed the first fix electrics. The next job was to make the stall riser at the front of the shop and the changing rooms. Due to the old ceiling being in a mess, we agreed that the best option for Mollies budget would be to install a suspended ceiling. While this was happening we were also working hard making the shop counter and the shelving units as you can see in the images below. The next step was to install these bespoke items in the shop. Our electricians were then able to 2nd fix the shop. It was then over to our decorating team to add the finishing touches to the project and also to our floor layers who fitted vinyl flooring and carpet. We then ensured the shop was cleaned, tidy and ready for business.
